BOOKING POLICY

This policy applies to all course bookings. Amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
CANCELLATION
You are entitled to a refund according the to following terms if you cancel prior to the start of the course:
- more than fourteen (14) days notice: full refund *
- less than fourteen (14) days notice: 50% fee
- less than seven (7) days notice: 75% fee
- less than forty-eight (48) hours notice: no refund
* eLearning & materials portion of the course fee is not refundable
CHANGE OF COURSE DATES
Should you wish to change your course date, please notify us as soon as possible. The following re-booking fees apply:
- more than fourteen (14) days notice: no fee
- less than fourteen (14) days notice: $50 re-booking fee
- less than seven (7) days notice: $100 re-booking fee
- less than forty-eight (48) hours: $150 re-booking fee
DIVE MEDICAL
Some courses require a mandatory Dive Medical to be completed if you answer "YES" for any of the questions in the Divers Medical Questionnaire.
The Dive Medical should be completed no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the course commencement date. Where participants fail to notify us fourteen (14) days prior to the dive course start date of a failed Dive Medical, the standard cancellation and re-booking fees apply.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING
Additional practical sessions in addition to the standard course program shall incur additional fees.
